Fred Tugas is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach and serves as the assistant dean of students at VCU. In his role, he manages graduate/professional student safety and support, student organizations, and involvement opportunities across both the Monroe Park and MCV Campuses. As a volunteer leader in the student affairs profession, Fred has presented and published on organizational leadership, co-curricular engagement, and student employment. A native of Norfolk, he holds degrees from Old Dominion University and Clemson University, and is working towards an Ed.D. in higher education leadership at VCU.
