The four, half-day Project Management Essentials course is ideal for participants looking for a project management overview and application. The class explores project management and agile terminology, defining scope, creation of Work Breakdown Structures, estimating schedules and determining project costs. The course is taught through lectures, group case studies and hands-on exercises.

Dates and Time: This course runs September 26, 28, October 3, 5, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Location: Live, online via Zoom

Fees: $1800. Cost includes all course materials and access to online learning software. 

Badge/Certification: Participants who successfully complete class requirements will receive a Credibly badge through VCU's digital badging program

Discounts: A 10% discount is available at registration to:
