Alpha Kappa Psi is the premier developer of principled business leaders and a professional co-ed business fraternity founded in 1904 with the purpose of developing its members into principled business leaders. Alpha Kappa Psi has grown to be the oldest and largest business fraternity in the world. With an extensive network of alumni, members are able to grasp opportunities at some of the most renowned companies in the world.

Requirements: $150 dues and 4 hours of community service each semester. New members must do our Bridge to Brotherhood process for their first semester.
AMA's purpose is to provide members with the resources to develop their marketing and business skills outside of the classroom through workshops, guest speakers, networking events, and internship opportunities.

Beta Alpha Psi (BAP) provides opportunities for the development of technical, professional skills, and leadership to complement university education; participate in community service; and collaborate among students, faculty, alumni and business partners.

Requirements: GPA: 3.0, fulfillment of professional/service hours, payment of dues (sophomore: $80, candidate: $140, member: $110)
The Business Student Ambassadors (BSA) is a group of motivated students who are committed to promoting, embracing, and celebrating our diverse VCU community. As ambassadors, we serve prospective students, alumni, investors, and friends of the university. Lastly, we strive to exemplify the qualities of leadership, scholarship, and commitment to inspire the new wave of business professionals.
Majors: All business majors and minors
Requirements: Currently enrolled in VCU's School of Business, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5, and must graduate no less than 2 semesters after acceptance
The Financial Management Association (FMA) aims to facilitate interaction between industry professionals, students, and faculty. The association is dedicated to providing students with a business organization that has a strong networking base that focuses on corporate finance, banking, and investment by exposing members to dynamic speakers, educational trips and social networking events.

Requirements: Any VCU undergraduate student may sign up for membership, assuming the student has been enrolled at VCU for at least one semester. Freshman and sophomore students (those with two years remaining) are preferred.
Gamma Iota Sigma (GIS) is the international business fraternity for students pursuing careers in insurance, risk management and actuarial science. Student leaders and faculty advisors work to provide career-focused events and trainings, exposing students to industry leaders.

The Information Systems Organization (ISO) educates, prepares, and networks to help prepare members for a career in IT. ISO accepts students of all majors and disciplines, graduates and undergraduates, students interested in technology, and those who make a career out of it.
Technology is all around us, and whatever your major is, you can become far more competitive in the workplace if you know how to use technology effectively and if you know more "IT" than others in your field.

The National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) mission is to address its members' professional needs and to build leaders that shape the future of the accounting and finance profession with an unfaltering commitment to inspire the same in their succesors. The Association shall unite through membership accountants, finance and business-related professional and academic excellence, possess a sense of professional and civic responsibility, and are concerned with enhancing opportunities for minorities in the accounting, finance and business-related professions.

Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE) is the only national co-ed professional fraternity in the fields of sales, marketing and management. However, it is open to all majors. PSE gives its members the chance to gain hands-on experience through experiential learning opportunities, participate in conferences both regionally and nationally, and network with professionals through PSE’s corporate partner program.
PSE - Alpha Kappa chapter's mission is to prepare students of majors and all degree tracks for a career after graduation by opening them to opportunities and experiential learning.

Rho Epsilon is a national professional real estate fraternity and is an integral part of the Kornblau Real Estate Program. Our purpose is to facilitate professional development opportunities and networking with professionals in the Real Estate industry. We host lectures, career programs, and industry site visits.
The most important goal of this organization is to foster professional excellence through communications between the academic and business community in Richmond, Virginia.

Sigma Chi Mu Tau (SCMT) exists to recognize academic merit and to encourage leadership, ethical behaviors, and commitment to high standards in the pursuit of supply chain management excellence or related analytical fields. It also provides professional and academic assistance, along with special opportunities for those who are members.

The Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) mission is to connect the bridge between HR students at VCU and the HR professionals of Richmond and National SHRM.

The Student Economics Association (SEA) is a social organization focused on discussing economic issues, professional and social development, and community outreach. SEA's goal is to foster interest in the study of economics through meetings, guest speakers from the industry, and local events.
The SEA is a non-major-specific organization dedicated to the enrichment of our members.

Requirements: General membership has no year, GPA, or major requirements. $15 annual dues.
The Student Managed Investment (SMIP) is a student-run portfolio management organization. We were founded in 2010 with a $100,000 donation from the Business School Foundation. Today, we manage over 25+ equities valued at over $325,000. Some of our holdings include blue chip holdings such as Apple, Costco and LVMH but also high growth companies such as Paypal, Enphase Energy, and Intuitive Surgical.
At the beginning of each semester, we recruit new analysts. There is a formal application process, but if you are chosen, each new analyst will have an introductory semester where they are taught fundamental analysis, relative analysis, and intrinsic valuation. We are open to all majors, you just have to have an aptitude to learn and work cooperatively.

Requirements: We refrain from adding seniors since there is an introductory semester. We want members to grow in the organization. Aside from class year, we ask applicants to have a 3.0 GPA. As for the application process, we ask applicants to fill out an interest form and an application. After formal review, we give interviews before formal acceptance letters. We do not have membership dues or require any recommendations.
