Becoming an Antiracist Leader

Live, online course

This dynamic professional learning opportunity is designed for business leaders, to intentionally develop skills to engage in practices to dismantle systems that perpetuate racial inequities. Participants in this interactive and reflective online space will deepen their understanding of race, racism, and systemic inequities. Collectively, we will challenge the underlying structures that uphold racism and will develop dispositions to demonstrate antiracist actions within personal and professional environments. Growth happens when we feel safe to listen, learn, and share with others. Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Live, online course

Scrum is a framework that helps people, teams and organizations generate value through adaptive solutions for complex problems (Scrum Guide, 2020). In this course, participants will learn how to apply the SCRUM methodology. The course includes Scrum Master core competencies while practicing techniques.  All participants will be eligible to take the Scrum Alliance certification assessment after the course is completed (cost and membership with Scrum Alliance included).

Leading and Developing Your Team

In-person course 

Leading and Developing Your Team will give you the opportunity to take a step back and gain new lenses for seeing your team. Prior to the session, participants will take the Team Diagnostic Assessment Team Leader View (TLV). During the session, participants will receive their results and develop an understanding of their team’s profile, including productivity attributes (e.g., Decision-Making, Accountability) and culture attributes (e.g., Trust, Constructive Interaction, Respect).

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

In-person course

Black Belts are at the core of every Six Sigma implementation. This course begins with an in-depth description of the Six Sigma phases, roles, and related statistical tools required for success. The curriculum follows both the DMAIC (Green Belt) and DMADV (Black Belt) methodologies, teaching candidates how to integrate Six Sigma into an overall approach to process improvement. Prior Green Belt coursework is highly recommended to enroll in this course.

Project Management Essentials

The Project Management Essentials course is ideal for participants looking for a project management overview or for participants looking to begin their journey towards PMP Certification.
